How can I become an ANZ Business Rewards cardholder?

If you are not an ANZ Business Rewards cardholder and would like to become one, visit anz.com where you can apply for the ANZ Business Rewards online. Alternatively, you can pick up an application form at any ANZ Bank branch.

How can I check my Reward Points Balance?

You can check your Reward Points balance online by viewing your account. The Reward Statement outlines:

  • The number of Reward Points earned on transactions using your ANZ Business Rewards card.
  • The total number of Reward Points available for redemption.
  • Any rewards redeemed since your last Quarterly Rewards Statement.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password for the ANZ Business Rewards website?

If you have forgotten your password for the ANZ Business Rewards website, a temporary password can be generated. Simply go to the Home Page and select "Password Problem". Alternatively, you may call the ANZ Business Rewards Centre on 1300 361 657 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.

What is an Auto-redemption and how can I set one up?

ANZ Business Rewards offers you the ability to pre-select rewards and we will automatically arrange for the reward to be sent to you provided you have met the Auto-redemption criteria.

Alternatively, you may call the ANZ Business Rewards Centre on 1300 361 657, 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays. You will need to have your email address or mobile phone number handy in order to set up an Auto-redemption over the phone.

If I have multiple ANZ Business Rewards accounts, am I able to pool my Reward Points?

If you have more than one ANZ Business Rewards account you are able to pool your Reward Points. So you can optimise your Reward Points balance when it's convenient for you.

How can I become an ANZ Business Black cardholder?

If you are not an ANZ Business Black cardholder and would like to become one or transfer to ANZ Business Black, visit anz.com where you can apply for the ANZ Business Black online. Alternatively, you can pick up an application form at any ANZ Bank branch.

Can I have more than one email address associated with my account?

For each individual ANZ Business Rewards account, there can be only ONE email address that will activate your account on the ANZ Business Rewards website. This provides a unique identifier for security reasons.

How do I redeem online?

Log on, using your email address and password.

Check your Reward Points balance that will be displayed at the top of the page after you log on.

Click on Shop tab and select one of the categories on the left hand side, or search by the number of Reward Points for a reward that you want to redeem.

Click on the reward name to find out more about your reward, and view the Reward Points or Reward Points plus pay options.

Click on Redeem now to start the request process. Please allow for 28 days for delivery of your Reward.

What can I redeem for my Reward Points?

Search for rewards by category. You can also search for rewards by number of Reward Points required using the "search by points" function located on Shop page.

Do my Reward Points expire?

Reward Points must be used to claim a reward within 36 months of 31st December of the year in which the Reward Points were added to a points record. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled.

In the event your ANZ Business Rewards account is closed, any Reward Points that remain unused must be used within 90 days of the date of closure. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled. Please refer to the ANZ Business Rewards – Program Terms & Conditions for further conditions.

Can I receive emails with up-to-date special offers?

Yes. Click here to register and check your Reward Points balance, redeem online and view your rewards statement. Once you have registered, you will also receive regular email updates with Rewards and special offers.

What browser version is recommended to view this site?

To maximise your website experience and ensure the highest level of website security, ANZ recommends that you use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. The ANZ Business Rewards website uses digital certificates issued by VeriSign to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.

If you are unsure of the Internet Explorer browser version that you are using, go to "Help" in the top menu bar of Internet Explorer, scroll down and select "About Internet Explorer".

I am having difficulties activating my ANZ Business Rewards website account or logging in because the page will not display. What do I do?

If you are having problems trying to log on or activate your account on the ANZ Business Rewards website because the relevant page will not display, this is most likely due to the Internet Browser version that you are using.

To maximise your website experience and ensure the highest level of website security, ANZ recommends that you use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher (see browser version section above for more information). As such, if you are using Internet Explorer 5 or less, you will experience difficulties viewing the activation, My rewards details and login pages on this site.

If you are unsure of the Internet Explorer browser version that you are using, go to "help" in the top menu bar of Internet Explorer, scroll down and select "About Internet Explorer".

When trying to activate my ANZ Business Rewards website account, I get the message: "The information you have entered is not recognised by this website. Please check your birth date and credit card number and try again." What do I need to do?

This message means our system may not have been updated with your account details. When you try to activate your ANZ Business Rewards website account the system doesn't recognise your details. If you have only recently received your card from the bank, it can be 5 business days before your account details are available in our system.

If you have had your card for more than 5 business days and you are experiencing difficulties activating your account, please phone the ANZ Business Rewards Centre on 1300 361 657.

Why haven't I earned points on BPAY, gambling, cash advances and travellers cheques payments?

Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points accrue in accordance with the ANZ Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Please visit anz.com/businessrewardsterms or call 1800 362 579 for a copy. Purchases exclude interest, government charges, fees, balance transfers and cash and cash equivalent transactions. Eligible overseas purchases include eligible purchases in a currency other than Australian dollars or where the merchant or financial institution is located outside of Australia. Taxation payments include all payments to the Australian Taxation Office and other taxation bodies.

What are Rewards eStatements?

A Rewards eStatement is an online statement that will be sent to your nominated email address electronically. Your Rewards eStatement will include a summary of your account transactions during the period as well as new redemption options and competitions. When you register for Rewards eStatements, you are electing to no longer receive quarterly paper statements and newsletters for that account.

What are the benefits of rewards eStatements:

1. Receive your quarterly Rewards eStatement conveniently to your nominated email address

2. Print your Rewards Statements whenever you want

3. Browse the latest reward options, competitions and program updates.

How do I register for rewards eStatements?

1. Log in to your online rewards account by clicking here. If you aren't registered, click here to register.

2. Under “My Rewards” click on the following option under “Email Preferences”: Please send my quarterly Rewards Statement via email (not paper mail).

What are the rewards eStatement conditions?

1. If you successfully register to receive Rewards eStatements, then you agree that paper Rewards Statements will not be sent to you. You agree that you will retain the statement information yourself (e.g. by printing it).

2. You may de-register from receiving Rewards eStatements at any time by logging onto www.businessrewards.anz.com and changing your email preferences on the “My Rewards” page. Upon doing so, ANZ will recommence sending quarterly paper Rewards Statements.

3. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date. If you change your email address, you will need to notify us by logging onto www.businessrewards.anz.com and updating your details on the “My Rewards” page.

4. ANZ may at any time vary these terms by sending you an email notifying you of the changes.

Can I change back to receiving paper Rewards Statements if I want to?

Yes, once you have activated your online rewards account on www.businessrewards.anz.com you can change your preferences on the “My Rewards” page.
